I had two seniors refuse to use Linux. Until their Windows hard drive broke and they had no other choice.
They went from Windows 7 to Ubuntu Mate.
It took like 2 minutes of explanation, where they find their stuff. Then they started using it and never looked back until this day.
In the beginning they had like 3 more questions or so and that was it.
It depends on the distribution you choose. But with a beginner-friendly distro like Manjaro for eample it’s not difficult at all.
